By ordering from our website you agree to our terms & conditions.
We will confirm acceptance of your order, by e mail or by a message immediately after you have confirmed the order from the website.
Our Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

Goods will be delivered to the address provided by yourself on our website, we can deliver to an address other than the billing address, but please note that this criteria must be completed in order for the carrier to deliver there.
Delivery & Packaging Charges are £5.65 + VAT per 30KG. (Mainland UK only, ie England, Scotland & Wales) Deliveries to Remote parts of the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Ireland and Scottish Islands will incur additional charges as per carrier’s rates for delivery.
We do not deliver to PO Box numbers and cannot be held liable for incorrect recipient’s address. Please make sure that all addresses are correct with the postcode.
You will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered when they have been paid for in full and delivered to you.
We will endeavour to despatch orders within 1 - 4 working days. (Monday to Friday)
Pozy Limited cannot be held responsible for late delivery of goods due to weekends and public holidays, extreme weather conditions, road closures and delivery delays outside our control.
If nobody is at the premises or the premises are closed for any reason, a card will be left through the letterbox advising that the carrier attempted delivery, it will have a telephone number so that re- delivery can be arranged or collection from the delivery centre.
All deliveries must be signed for and dated at the address for which for which they have been consigned.

Prices

This is a TRADE ONLY website, our minimum order value is £50 + VAT
Prices shown on the website are excluding VAT at 20%.
Every item is described as accurately as possible and represents excellent value for money. The correct price is that which is displayed on this website.
We reserve the right to change any products, product prices or specifications of products at any time.

Payment

We accept all major credit & debit cards through our Secure Online Server. We do not accept Cheques.
We do not hold payment details on file. Once we have processed your order, we erase your card payment details.
For security reasons credit & debit card payments automatically are checked for validation with the card issuer.

Ordering

Orders will only be accepted from a person over the age of 18 years.
We endeavour to ensure that the items and descriptions provided on our website are approximate and colours and designs may vary slightly.
By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your debit / credit card account.
Orders cannot be despatched without full payment being made.

Returns / Shortages / Cancellations

All goods are despatched in pristine condition. Claims can only be made for damaged, not as described or shortages within 48 hours from delivery, or you will have been deemed to have accepted the goods. Claims cannot be processed after this period. If you return goods to us, the collection & re-delivery costs will not be refunded. We will only refund the full cost of the product.
If the product delivered is not what you ordered or does not match the description or is damaged upon delivery to you, Pozy Limited will deliver to you a replacement product or refund you the price paid, and reasonable costs incurred for returning the goods.
If goods are delivered damaged they must be signed for at the time of delivery as “DAMAGED”.
