All goods are despatched in pristine condition. Claims can only be made for damaged, not as described or shortages within 48 hours from delivery, or you will have been deemed to have accepted the goods. Claims cannot be processed after this period. If you return goods to us, the collection & re- delivery costs will not be refunded. We will only refund the full cost of the product.

If the product delivered is not what you ordered or does not match the description or is damaged upon delivery to you, Pozy Limited will deliver to you a replacement product or refund you the price paid, and reasonable costs incurred for returning the goods.
If goods are delivered damaged they must be signed for at the time of delivery as “DAMAGED”.
